Google Drive stuck on “Starting Upload” ?? Apparently lots of users are experiencing this… Try Incognito Mode. That’s working as it should right now.
To use Incognito Mode in Google Chrome desktop:
When you browse in private (incognito mode) your browsing history and cookies won’t be saved. Cookies and site data are remembered while you are still in incognito mode, but they are deleted when you stop browsing in incognito mode.
Also, files will download just fine, but they are not remembered while browsing in private. However, bookmarks that you create are saved to Chrome.
